This auction WAS scheduled for October 1, 2022 but due to the weather, sellers have postponed the Oct 1 auction until October 8, 2022.

Beautiful older working farm consisting of 60 acres, several ponds, barns, and useful sheds.  The property auction will be held ON SITE on October 8, 2022.  Personal property will be auctioned off before and after the real estate is auctioned.  The farmland and the house will be offered individually and as a whole.

The house will be offered individually on approx. 2 3/4 acres, it has an older detached garage, the yard area being approx. 1/2 acre, remainder is fenced pasture.  Home was built in late 1800’s by the estate’s grandfather, with an addition added in 1930.  The Interior features the beautiful woodwork and hardwoods one would expect, offering 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Exterior as well as interior has been well maintained but not upgraded to today’s decor and standards.

The land is primarily pasture with a 10-acre hay field, there are 2 ponds, and the fencing is good – being of woven and high tencile wire.

As stated previously, the farm and the farm house will be offered individually and then as a whole.  There is a 5% BUYER’s premium added to the final bid price.  Announcements on the day of auction take precedence over written statements.  Real estate to be sold at Noon.
